        I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. The store manager was disgraceful, dodgy and rude dishonouring Stevens own brand product line warranty. She had such poor understanding of customer service with her low-class attitude. Shame on you Steven for such line manager! Thanks God for reliable websites which deliver original products at a low price to NZ. Steven own brands are rubbish and overpriced.

        Unhelpful and abrupt woman standing 2m in the entrance like the old school mistress. No customer experience or service, at all! On approach for products for our caravan , i received a flat no with no questions asked of the store woman. Dont waste your time visiting this store
