        They dont have respect for the time of other people.The lady in the middle counter told me to come back and wait in the line for another hour just because she would not print a document which was not notified to me when i was filling out the form. It was clear she did not wanted to do my work because it was a long process. so instead of giving me service she made an excuse to postpone my process.
