        I have been dealing with this shop for a few years . I always had excellent service, but yesterday I was totally blown away . I had a great thought first thing in the morning about getting a trophy for an event we were doing that afternoon . I messaged and asked if it was possible to get a quick trophy done ( thinking they were open on Saturday ) . The team there especially came in on their day off to make me a trophy . That is the definition of customer service .
