Perfect tank Juice after a late night

Think the head of this franchise should look into this store, I use to go everyday for a smoothie until it started taking 40 minutes to get my order and even tried the online ordering twice when I turned up the staff hadnt even touched it when they were not busy, super rude staff and a lot of grumpy customers every time. Its embarrassing and annoying as I really like what tank has to offer.

Terrible service. I tried to order a smoothie 20 minutes before they closed and was told they wouldnt make my smoothie as they had to many orders, also seemed strange as there were 2 people waiting outside and 3 people working. I said to the girl I had walked a long way to get there to which she replied youll live

Slow. Not the best service- other than me serving myself via the self serve. Doh. Lets hope it taste good.

Waited one hour for 3 smoothies! Our family wasted so much time of a busy day taking turns waiting for order while our lunches went cold (all ordered, prepared and delivered after we ordered drinks). Then had to explain to lady that our order was incorrect as she couldn't read our receipt and only made 2 smoothies. Nearly refused to make the last one because she didn't understand her own workplaces receipt. (Even had to point out there was no way it could cost almost 30 dollars for 2 smoothies) worst customer service experience I've ever had!!
