        Tania cut my hair way too short, did not style it properly and I was left unsatisfied. Have been making efforts to rebook and get it fixed but there are only appointments available every second week and I left it because I got busy, rebooked and got told I would have to pay full price. Her reason being that it had been 8 weeks since my appointment when it had only been 5. I have been coming here for over 5 years and Eli was my hairdresser but she was on leave and Tania did my hair and I've never been more unhappy with a hairdressing service. Will never be coming back because of quality and service.
