Insurance is one of those things that is great to have, but with a hope you never have to. However, in the last 12 months we have had to call on it a couple of times. Dealing with insurance companies is a little like telco companies and usually involves extremely long hold times, disconnects and frustrating conversations. This is the first time I have engaged an insurance broker and it is the best decision I could have made. Kim and Raylene at The HTL Group have been nothing short of exceptional. Their can-do attitude and desire to deliver the best outcome for me and my family has been brilliant.
