        When premiums are due expect a speedy response from Aon. If you ever make a claim, expect to have to phone and email multiple times and yet be ignored. Our Aon rep is Shirley Baker, she is probably a nice person but has no interest in processing a claim. Spare yourself some pain and deal with another company.
