Kiwibike Insurance

Can't speak highly enough of Kiwibike! I've had multiple bikes insured through them over the last ten years and not only have they always been really helpful at the broker end with finding the best deal, but whenever I've had accidents or issues (sadly there have been a few), they've been a great advocate to the insurance company too. I recently insured a new bike with them and it was so simple and easy - their team are so great to deal with. Alana and Josh were both legends.

Excellent service. I lost my bike to the floods and kiwibike were so quick to help. It was settled and paid out within a week no questions asked and communication from tye team through the whole process. When I eventually get around to replacing my bike I'll insure through kiwibike again in a heartbeat.

Im appalled at how this beautiful man was treated, he broke down on the motorway at Maioro On Ramp to SH20. Me and Local police felt so sorry for him, they told him (very rudely and unprofessional) when he called the 24/7 Road Side assistance line that they couldn't find his policy that he has been paying for years and therefore cant help get him towed and had to ring and book his own towing and pay for it himself. Towing companies have been super busy with towing vehicles and they couldnt promise to get to him within 3-4 hours, it was cold and starting to rain after an hour. The off duty local police also tried to help find a towing company too and was also saddened by this poor guys position. I would like to say, please research before you sign up to this company cause that was shocking. We were lucky to have an amazing community who offered to help load his bike on the truck to get him home.

Best insurance broker for motorcycles and the best insurance company I have ever dealt with. From finding the best deal to sit me, to the claims I had on more than one occasion, I cannot fault them for everything they did with helping me. Fantastic service for over 15 years.
