I knew there was a reason I never frequent this store, unfortunately my Mum decided to and she now understands why I don't. She purchased an item on the advice of the owner, an item that certainly didn't meet her expectations. It was purchased via eftpos, but when she tried to return it she was told that the only way to get a refund was for her to give her bank details and a refund would be processed. She is in her late 70's and doesn't carry this information with her and I could see that she was quite upset and taken aback. Fortunately the refund was credited into her account later that day, but what an archaic way to run a business. Not user friendly at all. When I voiced my disdain in the shop the owner became quite aggressive in his reply, stating that he wasn't obliged to refund her. Well you can imagine my response!!!

Excellent service - I called in unannounced to get a watch battery replaced, decided on the spot that I'd get the one I was wearing done as well. Took 10 minutes and all done at a good price with a friendly service. Would recommend.

I took my watch to this place to have more links inserted into the strap, and provided a small plastic bag with additional links (which I'd got when the watch was bought for me) to do this work. I forgot to ask for the bag when I picked up the watch. When I returned the next day to collect the bag, the guy swore black and blue that he would have returned it and tried to gaslight me to say I had picked it up. I had not - otherwise why would I have come back to collect it? I would never use this place again.

Highly recommended. An excellent range of watches and jewellery. Ross is also extremely competent at repair, is very helpful and easy to talk to
