Sophy was absolutely amazing after I had a watch malfunction one day and the next day a replacement watch was causing me pain ,very patient and relaxed ,awesome person to deal with ,should definitely get a raise !!

Came in last week to buy a specific necklace, it was listed as available in store. When I arrived I asked a young guy who was a trainee to find the necklace, he answered with an over exaggerated sigh and opened one cabinet and grabbed a necklace that was $200 more expensive. He was not happy at all about having to look for a product, he was very rude and made it very obvious that he couldnt be bothered. He didnt ask a senior staff member for help, he didnt look for it on the system or even try. Walked out and went straight to micheal hill and brought the necklace. Wont Bother coming to this jewellers again, would recommend skipping and going straight to micheal hill as they have the same products but good customer service.
