Wanted a sandwich cabinet since last year Aug , very slow communication & response, finally in March this year , paid deposit & told we can get our cabinet in 4 wks , now is 5 wks , keep asking when we can get our cabinet , no email response, no message reply , no answering calls. What a poor and horrible experience to deal with southern hospitality now ???? So annoying and tired to keep pushing & asking million times never get a response in time. I would rate a minus here instead of one star.

Not interested in rectifying problems Edit... they told me to email them, 2 weeks later they still havent gotten back to me

Good service terrible parking location though well equiped and good location centre of town able to acess other areas in NP easily

Love dealing with these guys. They are always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable with a wicked sense of humour. Working in the hospitality industry, you are always going to have a last minute cutlery or glassware crisis before a big function. I always know I can give them a call and they will do their best to help us out. Neil aka "Da-Neil" has even personally dropped cutlery off to us at the last minute to help us out. It is very refreshing to walk into a place and know that you can go to any member of the team and they will help you figure out exactly what it is you need even if your description is as vague as "you know, the thingamebobs we put the stuff in". Excellent customer service all round, thanks team.
