        Very rude staff, one staff member on, queue of people, second staff member arrived and wasn't very helpful, haven't been in there for a long time and wouldn't go back! Disappointing,

        Just a lovely store and experience. The lady helped another customer with a query first and she called me a busy bee as she saw me packing presents to send. Lovely staff.

        I was surprised by the need to itemize everything in my parcel to Aussie. My problem was I had packed it over a month ago and forgot. List everything people. It may not go. But it is a requirement by customs. So I had to unpack and start again. Would of been useful to know before hand.
