We had a power outage couldnt find out any information on the site. Yet its been out for over 2 hours. Call powercos help line to only be on hold for 15min and then be cut off. So called again another 15min and cut off again waste of time completly go back to site no information on outage in our area. This seems to be the norm with big companys and government departments these days. You end getting no where your time is worthless to them. And theres never a conclusion. Were getting treated like nobodys more and more and owned buy these companys. And no one will evet be held accountable.

This power company is making a local business in Whitianga close for the day. Wont even accommodate at a later time to shut the power down for maintenance. Bad service
