Mineral Pools

Love the mineral pool. The staff are friendly. The pools are clean, just the right temperature and so relaxing. The massages are amazing. Everytime I head to New Plymouth I make sure to book in. They do other amazing treatments aswell and are good value for money.

We booked online . We found that the pool was difficult to get into , having no steps . Grab rails were available , but not easy for people with mobility issues to use. It took us s long time to get into the pool. The water was lukewarm- would have liked it much warmer , the pool did not fill up to the top jet which was disappointing . We were startled to find the water suddenly disappear after a relatively short time in the pool, leaving us wondering how we were going to get out! After a long and worrying struggle one of us got out and was able to help the other out. All in all a rather frightening experience ! When we spoke to the receptionist she told us more user friendly polos were available but not advertised on line! Anyone with mobility issues must advice and ask for steps st least! Would not return . Costly!
