The team at Full Circle have been so professional, hollistic and really helpful both in the prenatal stage and postnatal recovery and I can't recommend them enough. The pregnancy prehab course and acupuncture I had was really important in prepping me for labour and the 4th trimester. Then postnatally the physiotherapy and rehab plan I recieved has been comprehensive and has made a huge difference in my recovery. Thankyou team!

I was recommended to Full Circle Physiotherapy by a friend when I had been suffering back problems for several months. The initial treatment sessions focused on pelvic exercises and then progressed to a few other simple stretching exercises. After about 6 sessions I was delighted to find that I could work in the garden for a few hours and the next day spend 2 - 3 hours standing, without any pain. I have been overwhelmed by the difference that this treatment made to my pain levels. Thank you so much Nicole for your wonderful treatment. I highly recommend Full Circle Physiotherapy - totally amazing!!!
