        if i could put zero stars i would i showed the guy my iphone xs and he said all it needed was a screen repair to work again as the screen was shattered and i got it back and the screen works but it does nothing when i touch it or swipe and i cant even get into my phone with the addition of it taking a few minutes to actually get my phone to turn on

        Friendly service - fast and efficient. Options and potential costs were all explained at the outset. Checked fault with my Samsung phone, replaced the dud battery within 2 hours, very reasonable price.

        Partner went in to get a new battery ended up with glue everywhere. Unwanted and wrong screen protector put on. Phone ended up needing a new screen so replaced that for it to crack within an hour of it having a new one. We got the phone back with wrong back glass glue everywhere finger print button loose. Definitely not happy with what we paid for. Poor quality will never go back.
