Ordered a cheaper option in instead of only offering dearer option. Very busy on a Saturday, so abit of a wait at service desk, as only 2 staff.

Went in on Friday and asked if they do WOF on Saturday and he said no but then the mechanic downstairs said bring it on Monday 9am and I did with a New tyre.... Left the bike and walked back to work and after couple of hours got a call back to pick the bike up... When I went there to pickup my bike,no WOF was done... just got the tyre in..if it was just a tyre then I could have done it elsewhere in 15-20 mins... And when I asked him why he didn't do it...he said he didn't hear it like he specifically agreed to bring it on Monday for WOF ...and then he asked me to go to the WOF center next door to get a WOF...that guy doesn't care..wasted my entire morning.... The staff upstairs are super nice ... I've been their customer for the past 4 years and this is what they do? Very bad from their part

After having a disappointing experience in another dealership I walked in to the shop for the first time and I was greeted by a friendly staff member she helped me with some items I needed and I spent some time looking at the bikes on the floor with a friendly salesman who took time to share a conversation on bike interests nice shop great staff I highly recommend a visit
