Kate was awesome, very professional. I am very thankful that she points out my eyes has allergies, the eyes drop is super helpful to release my itchy eyes.

Such a wonderful experience. My son got a stick in his eye and needed an emergency appointment. Everywhere else turned us away but the receptionist at Judd went completely out of her way to get us in. We appreciate you so much!!!!! She is always a friendly, stellar woman. And Steph (?) the optometrist was sooooo patient and lovely with my kids; my son needed dye and a light in his eye & had been very afraid of this but because of her manner with him it went really seamlessly. Thank you very much for everything team!!

I cannot recommend Judd Opticians and especially, optometrist Kate Blackett, highly enough. I rang in pain this morning, having had an eye condition misdiagnosed yesterday. Not only did Kate squeeze me in this afternoon, she gave me the most thorough eye exam I've ever had; had her co-worker Ella Hawthorne double-check her diagnosis; then arranged an emergency appointment later this afternoon with an ophthalmologist as said diagnosis needed immediate attention and I'm going overseas in two days. After starting the day panicked and miserable, I'm ending it feeling calm and pain-free. Then, on my way out, Andrew Judd complimentarily replaced the nose pads on my glasses. Just wonderful service. My new Eye People.

Thank you to Andrew for the emergency repair to spectacles that were damaged while on holiday. If we lived in New Plymouth we would be clients.
