To Francis & Kerryn thank you both so much for my carpal tunnel surgery on both hands no less. I appreciate both your professionalism and all round wonderfulness throughout the surgery process and follow up which made recovery and getting back to work all the more easier. If referred to this person immediately request not to be . Poor reactive service (if any service) followed by the worst old school surgical techniques. Avoid at all costs . Im so glad i refused his horrible service . He was going to cut open my thumb again only 5 months after the first surgery from his team at base hospital. Well 5.5 months later i gained movement in my thumb. Seriously reject this terrible dr and book yourself into TIM TASMAN JONES absolute master class .

Francis and Kerin were outstanding. Clear and concise with their diagnosis and management plan, and post operative care was phenomenal. They both made sure I understood the entire process and checked in regularly on my progress. Couldnt have asked for better care.
