        Emma is a wonderful instructor who is so positive and enthusiastic about her classes, and the equipment (the reformers) makes it seem so much more fun, so its a lot easier to push yourself. The room is set up so nicely, its light and open, and always seems to smell so nice. The music varies week to week, but always seems to be great song choices. I dont have any negatives to say at all (apart from sometimes my muscles are a bit sore afterwards, but thats kind of the desired effect...)

        The Physio Pilates classes are fantastic! The space is calm and relaxing, the exercises can be tailored to your individual needs, and Emma is knowledgable and personable. Although I've got stronger since taking Emma's classes, every session is still a challenge. Highly recommended for all.

        Emma is amazing. I've attended both group classes and one on one pilates sessions. Emma could tailor the exercises in the group classes to suit my needs. I started one on one classes when diagnosed with MS causing weakness down the right side of my body. Emma's care has been a massive help in my recovery.
