Its been over a year we are with Rent Shop. We had quiet a lot going on during this one year. We were overseas after the boarder got open, had some unforsean work as part of property maintenance, shortage of workers and the recent cyclone. At every step of the way Kellyann was very proactive in informing us immidiately about the issue and quickly organise with the trades person to resolved the work at the earliest.
