Wow what a mouth watering meal. Best meal Ive had for ages. Fish of the Day arrived with flavoursome broccoli and potatoes garnished with a mustard sauce. Looked and tasted better than my description. I am coeliac plus DF and FODMAP (for IBS) so have some interesting dietary requirements. Most restaurants who have resourceful chefs are a bonus especially when they can cater for me. I simply had the best meal for a wee while Dietary restrictions: GF DF and FODMAP

I had a fabulous night and meal with friends. Honey and Michael looked after us and made us feel very special. Five stars all the way and beautiful food.

Had dinner there yesterday (25/04) at approximately 1730. I was not loud or drunk yet when me and my friend went for a final drink (we had had 3) to call it a night the barman would not serve us and could give no reason as to why except because "his manager had said so". I live in NP and will no longer be going to Salt or recommending it to any of my friends. Outrageous.
