No fuss, easy drive-in and drop off. Had the puncture repaired and ready to pick up in no time at all. Highly recommended

Flat tyre discovered when heading to work. Phoned Simpsons and pretty soon someone arrived, changed the tyre and took puncture away to repair. When I picked up the car f I was delighted: Repair done and tyre fitted back onto the car, spare tyre and change kit tidily put into the boot, the car had received a free safety check, the windscreen washer fluid had been filled and I was told the service was overdue. All round, I was super impressed with everything from the prompt turnup to the great and beyond what I expected with the puncture repair. Oh - and everyone was cheery and polite from start to finish. What most impressed me was no "selling" on the back of this, they could have recommended a new tyre (and I would have grumpily accepted this) they could have suggested they do the service, done some pressure around the delay but no, they did what was asked. The lack of on-selling/up selling is what will stand out in my mind, great respectful customer service. Thanks to a great team and well done Simpsons!
