I made an appointment yesterday (Wednesday afternoon). Thinking I won't be able to visit them - til maybe Friday or even Monday, but No... Thursday. Less than 24 hours. Can't go wrong there. Always professional and with pharmacy next door - within the same building. So convenient.

I have mixed feeling about this place. So the good things first. We went and saw doctor Amanda. She was very kind and friendly.Took her time to examine my husband and diagnose.Made us very comfortable and relaxed.Explained everything in detail with patience and answered all our questions. And the nurse who checked my husband before the doctor saw him was also really nice and friendly. Now moving to the bad ones.We waited more than two hours to see the doctor.Im not sure as to why because there were only two or three other patients waiting. But I can let it go because its the norm in any medical centre. Before going there I phoned in to check how much Ill have to pay.I asked the lady clearly how much an immigrant will have to pay and she replied $85.And when I went in they charged us $105 and when questioned her answer was $85 is for the citizens and immigrants will be charged $105.So Im pretty sure the receptionist who answered the phone is either new or doesnt understand english. And theyre not very friendly either. They should understand that anyone who calls them or come in there are sick and vulnerable and try to be a bit patient and empathetic towards them.
