    I had a terrible customer experience, and I would not recommend this store to anyone, staff are rude and not efficient. They treat customers like theyre doing us a favour, instead of providing a service and a great or at least a decent customer experience. Ive been to the store with the all measurements to get curtains for our entire house. I was ready to order and pay for it, but the ladies insisted that they would have to go to my place to take the measurements. One of the staff members the was assisting me cancelled our appointment, didnt get back to me to reschedule it, then I called back to get an update, she said she was busy this week, then I called the week after and she said she couldnt make it that week either and she would be available only next year. Its just so disappointing how they have over complicated a simple sales transaction. What a waste of time!

    We've had a terrible experience so far. All started off OK and we accepted the quote for a whole house lot of curtains. After waiting several months for the curtain installation, we are still waiting. The originally promised install date came and went a few weeks ago but still no curtains. When nearing the original install date, we recieved an email that some of the curtains haven't arrived so we need to delay our install be another 2 weeks.we reluctantly said ok, and they said they would at least install the rails so we could hang some sheets, we had to move into the house at this point. They never followed through with the offer to install the rails. When getting close to the new installation date a couple weeks later an email came through yet again to say some of the material hasn't arrived and there would be further delays and yet another 2 weeks. We immediately replied and suggested that we at least have some of the curtains installed (which have already arrived). We had no response to our request. I called Curtain studios and they gave me a new install date of, you guessed it, yet another 2 weeks away!!! I wasn't happy about this so asked if we could have the curtains that have arrived already, installed. The owner of the New Plymouth franchise complained that they didn't want to do this as they would have to pay more installation fees to the installer. When I requested the installers contact details so I could offer to pay him or one of his guys cash directly to get at least a few bedroom curtains installed for some privacy she refused to supply any details. We now still have no curtains with young children sleeping by dark windows. I'm not impressed with their service at all. :-(

    We had a terrible time trying to get our curtains made and installed. The installer came to install curtains and found tracks for lounge and dinning room missing, he was able to put up bedroom curtains. A week later tracks turned up and installed,one track to wide and the linings for lounge and dinning room to long. We had to put up with just nets for 6 weeks during July and August the coldest months of the year. Then the linings arrived installed and a net was to short so we wait for another 4 weeks for the final curtain to be installed. The company only gave us discount off install cost. Very disappointed with the decision from Management of Curtain Studio. We will not use them again and we are telling our story to everyone we speak to about our experience.
