Fully equipped kitchen.
Shared facilities (bathroom, restroom, living room). Spacious and garden as well.
Clean and tidy.
Breakfast options nice - toast with several kinds of spread, cereals, milk, cooffe/tea.

The house has 3 or 4 bed rooms, some of them have their own bathroom.
When we booked a room we booked one with a private bathroom and we were alone in the house.
The room, the house and facilities were clean and tidy. We were happy with our stay there.
