        Just the perfect spot for unwinding and getting refreshed. Right on the waters edge in paradise. The camp is a true kiwi camp ground. Basic but well looked after. This is not a 5 star accomodation facility but who needs poncy spa retreat when you have the sun, the beach and the stunning Golden Bay and Cape Farewell/Farewell Spit at your front door. Everything you need at your fingertips. Camp store full of groceries at reasonable prices considering the locality. Comfortable cabins with their own (well stocked cutlery/crockery and cooking equipment) kitchen, clean communal bathrooms, awesome water pressure in the showers, kitchen facility spacious and well stocked cooking equipment and utensils for those camping. Well worth the extra few kilometres to get there. We certainly will be back.
