        Beautiful location with well maintained facilities Hired the place out for a private event where the owners of the facility were most welcome to join however one in particular was rude, disrespectful and immature to a few of my quests during the event and then continued to BREACH THEIR CONTRACT letting clean up crew and myself feel as if we were unwelcome and in the wrong despite our written agreement

        The Outpost is a very special place, nestled in amongst beautiful surroundings. Greg and Rose are very welcoming too! This place is even more special for my sister and I now, as we spent our Dad's 60th birthday here in December 2016. In June 2017, Dad was suddenly taken from us in an accident, so it's here at the Outpost that we all spent our last time together. It'll always have a special place in my heart and I do hope I have the chance to travel up from Christchurch again one day.
