        What a totally special place! Totally non-commercialised. Parking= $0, Entry =$0, fishing rod hire =$0, prices from Cafe cheap!!!! The staff get a 10/10 for being friendly. Only advice would be possibly get a couple more bathrooms, but stumbling across this gem totally made our trip. Thanks keep up the great work!

        I'm not sure how there are so few reviews for such a special place. the food here is spectacular, I got the salmon platter a few years ago and have been dreaming about coming back to have it again ever since! I wish I could purchase the sashimi, smoked salmon, and the salmon cream cheese spread throughout NZ. the staff is so kind and helpful, and there's all sorts of animals to look at. I think it's silly that there are some negative reviews about the wild eels hibernating in the winter... that's just nature doing what it does. keep up the great work! the kids play area is awesome!
