Peak View Range
Best sausages weve ever had! We caught a small wild pig in the range and wanted to do it right so dropped it off to Amanda and they made it into Cheese Kranskys and Bratwursts - couldnt recommend The Butcherette more highly :)

We had a lamb and deer. Beautiful cuts, exactly as we asked for. Presented really well. A great butcher, highly recommended. Great to find a butcher that makes the best of home kill.
