Due to some bad weather we had to change our travel plans. Jennifer was most helpful to fix a shuttle service at short notice. The trip to Westport was most enjoyable. 7 out of 5 stars. We booked with Jennifer to shuttle us to and from Nelson when doing the Travers Sabine walk in the Nelson Lakes National Park but we got so much more. This started with Jennifer offering to stop somewhere we could get fuel for our stove. And ended with so much more, read on if you want to know why you should do business with Jennifer! Well when we decided to come out of the bush a day early due to bad health, adding to that not in the arranged location we created a bit of a pickle, but Jennifer was right there to pick us up, also she had been pulling strings in the background to get us accommodation (at a time when basically everything was sold out and we were considering sleeping rough / hitchhiking). Not only was she there to pick us up she was there with Lemonade and ANZAC cookies too. We will undoubtedly book again with Trips and Transfers and strongly recommend their services .

A fantastic service for trampers accessing the TA and Travers Sabine tracks. Nothing like being greeted with a cool cordial and a smile after slamming down the track. Congratulations Jennifer
