Purchased GF Battered Gurnard fish along with regular batter and the GF piece I had tasted very strongly and had been frozen prior. Subsequently, I have gone down with poisoning from the toxic fish which includes all the symptons when you google fish poisoning! Not impressed, especially for the price you pay for what is expected to be premium fish. I have been a regular customer and yesterdays total came to $147 as we fed 10 family members. I have spread the word and we will not be purchasing from Smokehouse Takeaways again, which is unfortunate but necessary. FYI....ALL of their fish is frozen, they do not have any fresh fish of the day.

Great place, came in for some fish and chips, perfectly cooked to perfection. Special thanks to Adam very friendly always has a smile on his face. Give this man a raise!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service and quality of a local restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. Each dish was crafted with care and attention to detail, and the flavors were exquisite. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Overall, it was a wonderful evening and I can't wait to go back again!
