Very rude to all customers, told me to go outside to talk on the phone. Was very unprofessional. No emapthaty towards customer's what so ever. Tried to tell me my script hadn't been emailed through, so I said that fine I can easily fix it by asking my doctor to re email the script, she would not stop talking over me and made it such a big deal, when it wasn't. Ps the script was emailed 3 hours before I came in. Then was trying to charge for subsidiesd medication. She was rude to every customer I seen that walked in, most walked away in disappoint without their script being prescribed or given the wrong medication. She needs to retrain in knowing her code of conduct and principles for her job role and show more empathy and respect to customers.
