        Awesome service, the staff were so helpful when I opened an account. The ATM cards did not take too long to be issued, only took a couple of days.

        The customer service here was A++ Easy to deal with - waived fees they could have charged me and ensured my banking experience was as easy as possible by recommending cards and products I could use. Because of this experience I've moved my KiwiSaver over as well. Wish I could remember his name - he attended HBHS. I feel like people are at the heart of the experience.

        Very helpful and pleasant manager and staff! Went out of their way to help us, spending an hour with us to get bank account, EFTPOS card etc. set up. And with a smile!

        You cannot call the branch directly. Waste of time waiting in the queue on the phone for such a simple thing.

        The staff is very unhelpful and not good at all..! I suggest all to open accounts in ANZ they atleast ask, how may I help you..! Here in bnz the staff is least interested in serving customers and at 3.45 they just hurrying to wind up and close.. Not at all good service..!
