I had 2 simple nail repairs performed at this business that took less than 10 mins + cost $20 - pretty expensive given a more complicated nail repair at a central Wellington salon recently cost $6. Despite an online price check for Jojo's Richmond salon quoting $10 for one nail repair and $15 for two, when I spoke to Richmond Jojo's Owner today she was totally unwilling to compromise re her charge. I will not be using this Salon in future: the repair, cost and customer service/communication was very disappointing.

My time at Jojo's was perfect from start to finish. I was greeted by a super lovely and accommodating lady at the door and the atmosphere was so friendly, even their clients were lovely! The gorgeous girl that did my nails was amazing and very hardworking. So skilled yet so quick - although I never felt like it was a rushed job as my nails are just what I wanted. Such an incredible business for only being run by 2 staff and I couldn't praise them enough. Thank you ladies!! Service: Manicure
