        Wanted to give you feedback on your very respectful, hardworking and super friendly worker Asad, who did our flooring on Mount Heslington Road the other day. He was a pleasure to have in the house. And we are very happy with the job!

        Do not use this business. They were totally unprofessional. We have had them booked in to do a job for four months. They turned up to do a scoping visit 4 days prior to installation. The owner was angry and abused builders. It was one of the worst encounters i've ever had. He was unprepared to provide details on what he expected the condition of the floors pre installation to be like. He also had quoted complete preparation of the floors.

        We had our carpet and flooring laid by the team at flooring first. Very thorough and well priced for beautiful quality products, wonderful service, nothing was a problem even on my 127th visit they were friendly and very helpful. Cannot recommend high enough.
