Wild South Nelson

Love coming to this store. The staff is lovely and very inviting. I have some of the supima cotton shirts, they are some of my favorite and very comfortable. Although, sometimes I head into the store just for inviting and very nice atmosphere :))

Really amazing store, although clothes are quite pricy, there is always great discounts running and you know the clothes will last. I love the quality and range of styles, there's something for everyone. On a side note the window display the workers set up was just gorgeous. Definitely making it a regular stop on my shopping trips!

Loved walking by the store! The window displays were fabulous and showed off their styles spectacularly. I loved going in and looking around as well.

I needed a high quality warm dress coat for work, I decided to look around and found a nice looking coat at Wild South in the Richmond Mall. It was a Wool-Blend Rib Collar Coat and had a price tag of $299.90. I was told at the time of purchase that this coat was of high quality and would last me for years. I found this coat great until the right pocket became unstitched 10 days after I purchase it. I took the coat back to the store 14 days after the purchase and showed the assistant the fault. I was told this would have to be sent away for repairs and it may take some time before I get it back. I mentioned to the assistant this would mean I would be without a warm dress coat. I would need to buy another coat if I were to be without this one and the shop assistant told me to go get it repaired at my cost. I asked if I could get reimbursed for the cost if I went and got it repaired. I was told that Wild South couldnt reimburse me if I were to do this and I was not entitled to a refund or replacement. I emailed Wild South Customer service and after not receiving a reply called them up on their head office phone number. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and told me he will sort it out and I would get an email very soon. I got an email and was told a very similar thing to what I was told in the Richmond store. I took the coat to local sewing repairer who told me it was a manufacturing fault. I then emailed back and requested for a refund on the product as it was a not of acceptable quality and they declined my request. I then emailed back and asked for a compromise and ask that they pay for the coat to be repaired. This email was ignored and so was my next email with a copy of the receipt for the repair which was only $12. The coat has since been repaired another two times for buttons become unstitched and at stitched seem. I was a first time customer at Wild South and will buy elsewhere in the future as their prices are high and their customer service/back up is low!
