Richmond Night 'n Day

Today, Tuesday 4.1.22. I Ordered 3 ice creams. Once I saw the pitaful amount I would be getting for my money, I immediately told the shop assistant not to continue & left , flabbergasted,but decided to go elsewhere (berryland) where I knew I would get a bang 4 my buck. I have not had the best of service past & present, mainly from young staff who look like they would rather not be at work to serve the public, & the owners are no better so today my new years resolution is not to line their pockets with my pension but to go elsewhere & get a genuine hello with a smile. Shame really, but their lost. Paul

Just been into this shop thought our team of 5million were meant to be kind not at this shop, owner needs a better attitude

I dont think the owner likes his job at all, not once has he been friendly or welcoming, maybe your in the wrong business

Super thick shakes are very good. Remember to ask for your loyalty card! The sixth is on the house! Male owner (I think) got a little grumpy when I took a photo of the thickshake menu board to show my grandmother who couldnt come into the store. But apart from him I have experienced excellent service from the ladies behind the counter
