        My husband and I attended the show home a couple of months back where we were greeted by an older lady. We weren't dressed very nicely as we had just been doing garden work on our section. When we walked in she stated "the new starter home is right next door, if you want to go through there". She didn't bother to ask what we were looking for or ask about our situation etc. We found this very disappointing as she didn't know our circumstances and we weren't new starters. We hope that the lady in the future would take the time to get to know the customer coming in and not make assumptions based on appearance or age. This experience has put us right off with building with Jennian Homes.
