        Contacted LHCEL to get a tow bar sorted for my truck april 4th. Was told 3-4 weeks. May 4th i contacted to find out how long. Job had been "lost" in the system (which is fine and understandable) however, when inasked how long the expected wait time would be i was told "youve already waited a month, youll be waiting another month. Would recommend going to christchurch to get this sorted as i ended up doing. Done in dusted 1 week later.
