Got a loan with them, paid it all off told them to close the account, 6 months later accidentally opened the app and found that not only did they not close the accounts but have been charging me for not depositing anything into the account and going into overdraft. Can-not reccomend this non-bank. Will not go back. Update:Rang them again, they said they would close the accounts again, week later more fees and account not closed. Not very good, still cannot reccomend to anyone.

One of the more expensive places for personal banking, literally a fee for everything conceivable. The website and app banking experience they deliver is poor in comparison with other banks. I felt like I was being treated as their ATM because their fees were so high and so frequent.
