        It was fun staying here for a night on our way to Picton. Its amazing what theyve managed to fit into a hutch! The communal kitchen worked well too. You can see why it would be a great wedding or party venue.

        Cozy, modern huts in a beautiful setting. We had a pleasant stay. The (new) sauna was a great, unexpected addition; very clean. Appreciated the Rabbit Island coffee and breads/jams available in the communal kitchen. There is no reception, which makes for a slightly impersonal stay (felt more like staying at an Airbnb), no warm friendly greeting etc. Adding free bike rentals would be a great addition so guests could explore Rabbit Island without driving up to Mapua and taking the ferry, etc.
