The Indian Cafe Richmond

Still blown away by how good this Indian is!! Im not normally rocked by mango chicken but this one is insane All the curries have so much depth of flavour and the spice/heat level is done SO well. So affordable too! Great service and friendly accommodating team. Already looking forward to my next trip back so I can go again

Very slow. And food was cool, not hot. Initial service was quite lackluster where they pointed to us to sit wherever. Then waters were brought over. After about ten minutes they checked in and took our order. Our fried onion appetizer came out after ten minutes but was cold. Then we waited over thirty minutes and were actually getting up to leave when our food came out. It was tasty but again not even hot but just warm. One lunch special that was tiny and one full main that was acceptable but neither anywhere near the value. Just left quite disappointed and didn't feel with returning. Sorry and sad.

Food was tasty, but one dishes was served pretty late and not together with the other four. I appreciate that there might be staffing issues, but thats not uncommon these days. There wasnt enough rice for five people and we got charged for an extra bowl of rice, this is definitely a fail. One of staff member , I guess his name Nibesh was so rude and instead of apologies start argument. Delivered wrong order two times.
