Rocs made our beautiful wedding bands and I wouldn't change a thing. We visited a couple of times before discussing a final design. We wanted plain but unique gold bands and they turned out perfectly. Brett and Sarah were very helpful and friendly throughout the process. My engagement ring (brought from a jewellery chain store) had a fault in it due to poor workmanship; Brett looked in to this then also fixed this free of charge when the other store we purchased it off was not accommodating or willing to fix the problem. I highly recommend Rocs to anyone wanting top quality handmade jewellery and great service.

I took some scrap jewelry in here to be tested for the purposes of selling it in store. I was told that they charged for testing. A simple process which takes seconds. Furthermore, unbelievably the vendor then purported the scrap gold price to be a whopping $20 under the current market scrap value for 9ct per gram. Stating in a ponderous way as if she was actually trying to recall the current market price when she knew full well and was simply trying to rip me off. For your information the current market price for 9ct scrap gold as today is $29.80 not $10 : )
