        The girl making smoothies had her long hair out. As she was leaning into the freezer to scoop frozen yoghurt her hair was all over the place. Very poor!

        I went to Tank Richmond mall (Nelson) to find a sign saying be back in 30minutes which is fine,I left and came back 50 minutes later to find that it was still unattended which is disgusting and poor work ethic and it is the second time that this has happened to me at that store , The business should be closed as it is not good enough as an understaffed business and weak owners.

        Just purchased a health nut protein. This is usually lovely milky nutty taste and quite thick consistency. Today it is really watery. I noticed what looked like a large scoop of ice was added. I wonder if they have started adding more to keep costs down? Disappointing.
