        Very disappointed the fact this business has hidden costs that arent stipulated on their website nor on the phone when everything was arranged. Only found out when going to pay. Felt highly embarrassed I didnt have enough money for my order. When confronted about this there was no apology, no compromise and no acknowledgement to their mistake just passing the blame never mind what was agreed upon via the phone. Was told $65 per animal. Then suddenly they were $105 per animal. The end product however I was happy with but does not excuse what has happened amongst them being rude in the process. Not to mention they lost my order and put the incorrect name on it also
