If could give no stars I would on behalf a family member. A lack of quality care and empathy from her carer resulted in her be coming very sick and in hospital.Her voice was never heard and to add insult to injury reception have been consistently rude and blunt. Something that I witnessed often when I attended the very same clinic more than 15yrs prior. The lack of care and help reception has displayed is shameful. It's has been the worst experience she has ever had and the appalling self entitled behaviour at reception by (some) toward vulnerable people is truly indigestible for me. Truly disappointing to think that this is the face of a place that's meant to care and help starting from the door. She waited a very long time to get an appointment which following cancellation has now become an emergency appointment. However when that original appointment was due she received information ( bluntly) that her appointment was cancelled as that doctor wasn't even working that day, it was their day off????. It's not good enough. These are not isolated problems. Common decency and compassion is lacking completely when dealing with patients across the counter, and it's been a long winded problem.

Easy parking and very nice receptionists and staff who genuinely wish to help

Trying very hard to get out of this incompetent so called Health Centre and find another practice who actually cares about the health and well being of their patients .

One turns up five mins before an appointment, they make you wait 50 - 55 mins past that time. Not the first time. A curtesy text message informing patients to come a little later would be nice. I think most people would rather not be sitting in the waiting room this long with sick people.
