Little did I know that when I started to work with Carolina that I would go on this incredible journey of healing and transformation. My life has significantly changed for the better. I have finally let go of and healed many of the traumas in my life especially the childhood ones, so deeply hidden. I have started to reprogram these nasty, self-sabotaging core beliefs to become stronger, more peaceful and calmer. I am awake now aware of what is going inside me, what triggers me and how I react, and I see how others react when triggered. The work with Carolina is amazing. Shes so kind and nurturing, she keeps me safe and guides me safely through the unknown. I treasure each season as each brings me closer to wholeness and to my true self. I feel very blessed to have met Carolina and to work with her. Very blessed indeed!

Well I've tried it all and still failed to control my drinking habits until I met Carolina. I started at age 15, with countless attempts to quit along the way. After awhile drinking became the norm, part of my daily life, It became a routine. (In-fact I would happily miss brushing my teeth, but would never miss a beer!). What made it easier was that society said ''it's ok'', ok to drink. "It's cool, be one of us, it's trendy, you're a man! "Go for it!" "Drink Up!" it's accepted. You dare not mention to your mates that you've stopped drinking, I'd just say that I'm on antibiotics, but that didn't last. You don't need an excuse to drink, there's always something going on, a birthday, Christmas, a farewell, anniversary, a hard day at work, even death!....... Fast forward to 2022, times have changed. Tuff guys like me are starting to share stuff with our mates, and we're looking out for each other more. In fact I think we're even sharing some of our feelings (no surely not). The low alcohol market is growing and starting to make traction. (still tastes horrible though....) What I mean is that the tide is definitely turning, hey there's no way I'll be sharing this 10 years ago. So back to Carolina, in short if you have any type of addiction - don't kid yourself, you need someone to help you. That someone, for me has definitely been Carolina, trust me I've been to so many hocus-pocus people to seek help, so I'm well qualified. I've found Carolina's caring and warm manner, helped me to quickly build trust and I always felt safe, which is making my journey easier. Since working with Carolina I no longer crave alcohol, it's just not there anymore, I'm not even tempted. These changes have had a direct impact on other areas of my life including, more energy for my family and work. So as of today I haven't had a drink for 54 days, not long you might say, but it's huge for me. I'm now excited about my future and the future of my family. So if you're a tuff drinking guy, who's sick of alcohol controlling your life - do yourself a favour and shout yourself a phone call to Carolina. In fact you have to be tuff to tackle an addiction, cos it's not easy. All the Best! Tell her I sent you Lol. "One day at a time...."

Meeting Carolina from Heartstream Wellness Centre and Clinic has changed my life is more ways than I could imagine. The safe and welcoming space provided, along with the unjudgmental and caring nature of Carolina, creates a perfect atmosphere for EFT and transforming your life. The past situations that effected my life now have been removed completely and now I can live a positive and confident future. There were things that I thought were impossible to change, but Carolina certainly proved me wrong. I am so thankful for the time and energy she puts into this process, for helping others to be the best version of themselves.

I am so amazed at the results of even a few sessions with Carolina. I understand the theory but nothing I have done in the past made much difference. Just one session with her changed my life a lot and now as one example, I see money coming to me unexpectedly from all sorts of places. Your wonderful gentleness and skill has such an impact and I will be seeing you again for more EFT magic !

I'm not entirely sure what Carolina did with me but it was very effective and it worked! I am a Breathing Educator and I run The Breathing Clinic. As part of my own journey back to full breathing health a final issue that I was having trouble with was a tendency to brace in my abdominal region in response to life and to stress. This would mean my diaphragm was unable to go through it's full range of motion and given that I did it a lot it was having quite an impact on my breathing. I had been trying unsuccessfully to stop the habit for the past 4 years. Carolina achieved this with me in just one session. I had been trying to work on this in my usual way which was using my head. Carolina's gentle but powerful method bypassed my head and directly addressed my subconscious mind. And it listened! I had tried EFT before but just doing it myself and I had not quite realised the power of this work. I'm very grateful to Carolina and I'm definitely planning to see her again so she and my subconscious mind can do some more work together!
