Have worked with Opritech numerous times on projects. They have been very professional to deal with and hold a vast range of technical knowledge. Theres not much in the medical industry they cant do.

I would give this company a negative 5 if I could. After a simple order for one chair I have had nothing but hassles from the order to the delivery. They finally arranged with me for the chair to be delivered and unwrapped, set up in working order and packaging taken away. Even the delivery was a nightmare but since they could only do that day and I was busy I just had to go with it. When I got to work it was in boxes and damaged spoke to Brett again. Now he arranged to get a replacement chair and that was 3 months ago. No reply from Brett who is meant to be the CEO even though I have emailed him more than once in the last 3 weeks to see whats happening. He just doesnt respond. The stupid thing is the company has a customer service policy that is an absolute joke.
