Today I experienced the most despicable customer service at your store. I was putting air in my tyres only to notice the PSI gauge was not reading the air pressure in the tyre. I went inside to seek assistance and clarification around whether the air pump was working. The employer's response... "you obviously don't know what you are doing ... I can't help you". To which I responded advising both my partner and I had looked at the air pump and believed it was not working properly and at least wanted to alert her to this. Again I was met with "you and your partner obviously don't know what you are doing", in conjunction with a few other unkind statements. This was said loudly in front of a line of customers waiting to pay - talk about intentionally embarrassing someone in front of other's... I left in tears, with an empty tank of petrol and unsure how much air was in my tyres. Safe to say I drove up the road to the BP - their air pump worked absolutely fine and it appears my partner and I do know what we are doing. It is absolutely despicable that your employee's think it is acceptable to; point the finger and blame someone when they are seeking help and clarification, speak to them in a demeaning tone, embarrass them in front of a group of people all without assessing the situation, or offering help. I will not be returning.
